I like marinating chicken breasts in Italian dressing, you can marinate steaks also.

The best turkey burgers...So juicy and flavorful
Take turkey meat and put into a big bowl....Mix in chopped peppers, onions, and mushrooms, and 2 or 3 tablespoons Salsa...as long as it isnt too liguidy.
Mix it all up and make squish into patties...Place on grill and cook
I add Seasoned salt and a little garlic powder....to the mix.

Pork chops (boneless)- just spinkle both sides with cajun seasoning. It comes out very good. (works for chicken too)

I make skirt steak on there. Just add salt and pepper and don't overcook or it won't taste that good.

You can make a great grilled cheese sandwich on there. We also use that grill for hamburgers and hot dogs.

Re: can we share some george foreman grill recipes?
Marinade chicken, sliced red peppers, and sliced pineapple in ginger teriyaki. (I marinade in 2 seperate bowls, (one for chicken, and one for peppers-with pineapple, I poor out half the juice and save it, and put the teriyaki right into the can)
1. Put red peppers on foreman grill....for at least 4 minutes, longer if you like them softer. Remove and place in covered casserole dish-don't dump out, or wash bowl that they were marinating in.
2. Put pineapple onto foreman grill, cook at least 1 minute, more depending on how you like your pineapple cooked, poor the can of pineapple juice/teriyaki into the bowl from the peppers....set aside. Remove pineapple from foreman grill and add to casserole dish with peppers.
3. Grill chicken on foreman grill...(tip: I buy the tyson pre-cooked, pre-marinated chicken breast from Costco and they just take two minutes of heating up on the foreman). The dish the chicken was marinating in can go straight to the dishwasher. Put the chicken into the casserole dish when it's done.
4. Microwave the teriyaki/pineapple juice bowl for 30 seconds-poor over food in casserole dish....
5. I serve it over rice.....
I know it sounds like a lot, but really it all takes about 10 minutes.....very yummy.

Grilled veggies, mixed with rice, and grilled shrimp or chicken chunks or steak chunks makes a good lunch.

I'm going to try that tofu recipe, sounds great and I love tofu. I actually had grilled tofu the other night in a japanese restaurant and was thinking of how to do that at home with out making a mess on the BBQ. I have the GF grill so I'll try that.

just make sure to press the tofu for a couple of hours to drain the water. i ususally put a plate on top of the tofu on a plate, and place a big heavy dictionary on top.

Re: can we share some george foreman grill recipes?
I visited a friend the other week and she made these great meatballs on the GF grill. Actually, they weren't really 'balls' anymore because they were slightly flattened.
Mix ground meat, onion flakes, parsley, grated romano cheese. Form the mixture into meatball-sized balls and grill them. She served with a side of pasta marinara and salad. Yum!
