Can we talk Apprentice for a sec?
A couple of observations...
Is it just me or is Trump getting a little predictable? Now granted, Michael put himself at the top of the doo-doo list back when he had exemption and did a terrible job, so I knew he done for the next time he entered the boardroom. But I've noticed something that goes on in the boardroom when someone is going to get fired.
It's like Trump has made up his mind long before the boardroom even began. He'll prod the contestant to defend himself and if he's NOT going to fire that, he more or less lets him answer. But... if he's going to fire that person, he doesn't let them get an word in edge wise and just keeps badgering them mid-sentence. And the music builds... and then 'YOU'RE FIRED!'
When the other two were arguing, he just let them go at each other. But as soon as Michael opened his mouth, he was all over him.
And... I think Michael may have made a good point on his exit last night (not that I like him). He said that he was in a group made up of mostly lawyers (of the 5 left in Magna Corp, 3 are attorneys!) who are taught and specialize in twisting words so of course they'll be great in the boardroom. But that doesn't mean they were good in the tasks. That's no excuse for HIM but it may make a huge difference later on...
Also... proof last night that Trump watches the tapes of the show before the boardroom. He told Michael that he was nothing like him... something that was not brought up in the boardroom! This makes me think that Trump really does have his mind made up (at least most of the time) well before boardroom time...
