Can you broil sausages?

I just discovered broiling (I know, a little late). I broiled hot dogs yesterday and they came out great! What else can I broil instead of using a frying pan?

You can definitely broil sausage, but you may want to par boil them for a few minutes to make sure they are fully cooked.

I baked skinny sausage (cheese & parsley) last week in a grill pan for about 30 minutes. After 15 minutes I added sliced onion & red bell pepper.
After the 30 minutes I added the pan to the broil for a few minutes until brown/crispy, but not burnt. It was very yummy.

I broiled sausage (the skinny ones) just last week. Sometimes I bake for a little bit first with water in the pan to cook them thru.

You can also broil steak, lamb chops (cooking that tonight), lots of stuff.
