Can you gals tell me how I should approach the limo situation?

I'm so confused as to who to provide limos for, and when. Here's the deal:
Me and the girls (7 people total) will be getting dressed at a hotel, let's say in Syosset.
Men (9 in total) will be getting ready at a friends house in Huntington.
We're doing pictures first - at the Planting Fields in Oyster Bay. Then off to the ceremony (also in Oyster Bay) - about 10 minutes away.
I want to ride to the ceremony alone with FH .
Then all of us need to get to the reception in Bayville (about 10 minutes away).

I want to provide as much transportation as possible, especially home after the reception. Maybe 2 limos before-hand, and a bus after the reception?

I don't know - - any suggestions?

Here's what we're doing:

Me and the girls (bm's and fg's) and my parents are taking one limo (14 passenger) and the royce (me and my parents) to the church from my house where we're getting ready.

The FH and his men (gm's and ushers) and his parents are taking the other limo (14 passenger) to the church from the FH's house where they're getting ready.

After the reception:
me and the fh are taking the royce
bridal party is taking one of the 14 passengers
parents and kids in the bridal party are taking the other 14 passenger

this is what were doing:
were getting married on site and taking pic's after were married

all the girls are getting ready at my moms
all the boys at his moms

So I got a car for everyone at my moms to get to the hall

and a car for everyone at his mom to get to the hall

and then cars that night to get everyone home (parents and wedding party)

him and I are staying that the hotel next door for the night -
