I did it an easier way and used labels (clear) and then printed those out and put them on the envelopes... i was afraid of the printer printing it crooked or tearing the envelope... some people don't like the look of labels so you can just print directly on the envelope.

......go to Word and go under Tools: letters and mailings: envelopes and labels:envelopes: then click on your size envelope.

then just type in the address in the box and print....

i would do ONE at a time so the printer doesn't jam. i would also make sure you have extra envelopes in case some print a little crooked or get ripped...

I know you can also do a 'mail merge' if you have the addresses on an Excel document, but i don't know how to do that exactly.

GOOD LUCK! hope this helps!!!

are you working in microsoft word?

go to File....Page Setup, then Paper. Then under 'Paper size' select 'custom.' Then you can enter in the dimensions of your envelopes.....

definitely do one at a time.... and if your printer's paper tray has the option to change the size (like it might have something you can push in on the sides so that it fits tight to the envelope, then do that)....

also, do a test print on regular paper to see if the envelope has to go face up or face down...
