Can you ladies please help me with wording for an after-party
I will be sending my STD's this week and we blocked some rooms at the Wingate Hotel. Our issue is this, we are having an after-party after the wedding at 1:30 AM for those persons that decide to stay at the hotel.
A few friends have said that I should include this info in my STD's and not in my invites.
Wingate has given me some inserts to say we have blocked rooms for a lower price but they don't state the price and they do not say what dates the rooms have to be booked by.
Basically, I am asking you girls if we should
1. insert these into the STD's instead of invitations
2. should we inform them that we will be having an after-party at the hotel?
3. do the inserts usually give you a place to date and write the the cost of the room?
Any info you ladies have is helpful.
