I seemed to have saved this pic off theknot.com but cant seem to find this dress on their site anymore. It was not more than a few days ago and I forgot to check who the designer is.
It looks like a Maggie Sottero but I could be wrong.

it does looke like a maggie, but i don't think it is, beacuse of the picture backround, i agree with jenny5051, it is one of those designers. good luck
