Is anyone else in the same situation? Sometimes I toss and turn at night just thinking about all the wedding stuff I have to do. I tell myself to calm down and not think about it but I just can't sleep!! My wedding isn't until November so I can't keep doing this. Anyone else?

I had this problem for awhile before the wedding. I found it helpful to keep a pen and pad next to the bed so I could write things down as I thought of them. Once I had it written down I felt better knowing that I wouldn't forget about it and I could deal with it in the morning.

I did too for a while, but it's actually getting better, believe it or not as I'm closer to the wedding, so hopefully yours will get better too

OMG! For a second there I thought I posted this topic!!! I have not been able to sleep comfortably for months!! I am ALWAYS tired but can never get myself to dose off into a nice sleep... maybe after October...

I had a dream the night before last that it was my wedding day, and that it was pouring raining out. I also could not find my dress, and was yelling at my mom to find it, I kept trying on all these dresses to see if it was mine. To top it off, my hair was all crazy, sticking out in a million directions. I woke up traumatized FH was laughing at me, in my sleep I kept saying 'what happened to my hair?' I guess this means I have to make a hair trial appointment

I have been the same way for the past week...I fall asleep fine and then wake up in the middle of the night and cannot fall back asleep!! It is so frustrating!! I wake up usually from a really weird dream and then I start to stress about all the things left to do...

You know a little Benadryl will help you sleep through the night, I take it whenver I get like this.

I actually had a mini panic attack over the weekend, but I have regrouped and I look forward to sleeping to take the edge off. I only have 10 days left!!!

I always have problems sleeping so I have not noticed any difference yet. Maybe as I get closer to my date, it will be worse

It's gotten bad- I don't want to depend on Benedryl at night but I wake up feeling like s**t! I will try the pen and paper thing. But the wierd thing is that I am pretty on target with my stuff and I have a while until the day. If I'm like this this far in advance, how will I be before the big day? Eeek!

i am the same way!! i go to bed thinking about everything that has to be done & wake up with a headache!!
I started having wedding dreams 8 months before...
it was 4 months later...and I was 4 months pg!!! so I would be 8 months PG at the wedding!!

I have one more month to go to the day and I am having nightmares of things going wrong that day. I cannot wait to get a good night sleep.

Thank goodness I'm not the only one. I had another wedding issue tonight so I hope I can sleep!! Good luck to all of you trying to get a good night's sleep!

yeah isn't it terrible? i have had trouble sleeping the past two months. when i do fall asleep, i'm having nightmares...hopefully things will get better when i decide on my hair/makeup people.
