Can you order a dress from any store...

as long as they carry that designer.

I tried on Suzanne by Maggie Sottero at Fantasia Bridal on Saturday but the price ($1600) is a little more than I want to pay. I called a bunch of places today and none of them have that in the store to try on but someone just said to me that that doesn't mean they can't get it anyway.

Thoughts?

Absolutely....as long as they carry that manufacturer, then they can get any dress for you. As long as you dont mind not having the sample in the store, it shouldnt matter. My bridal store gave me a 10% discount on my gown because i told them another store was willing to do that and apparently it worked. I saved $250!!!

you can get that dress at any store. i had found some dresses I liked and even though the store didn't carry that style, they told me they would order it for me. if you call another store, tell them you were going to get it somewhere else for a lesser price than $1600 and they will try to match or go lower, to get the sale! good luck!
