My invites are in my community album. I got them from party city and got 100 of everything (response, invite, envelopes, reception cards) for $253. I thought that was a good price. HTH.

Got mine from party city...2 boxes (100 invitiations) with silver border and double hearts on the top...I will be doing them myself
ETA: Both boxes came out to about $65

I got them from uptowndowntownshopping.com for 350$ for 175 of everything.. This price was 40% off the selling price.. I think I got an amazing deal for Carlson Craft invites!!
I made everything myself BUT the actual lily invite in the center

Pocket folder: Here is the style I am using. Silver Metallic pocket, aquamarine cardstock and white card stock for th actual invite. I ordered them from invitesbyyou.com (they own www.notfromabox.com). I will be putting them together and printing them myself. I already ordered the folders, aqua cardstock and envelopes all for $125 (80 qty.)
