Can you post pics of your living rooms?

I would like to see your couches, and cocktail tables, and end tables etc... I need ideas please!

not my actual living room, but this is my furniture. I will take pics if you want later, of my actual. These pics don't show too much detail sorry.

We purchased these all at Fortuoffs.

My furniture will be here in mid October, and I'll happily share pictures then.
In the meantime, I took plenty of pictures of the wreckage that is currently my house... I'll share those if you'd like!

Same as Jennrennee here. Our Crate and Barrel furniture is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Right now the living area is just a construction mess! I'll post pics as soon as I can!

Jenny: Is that a working fireplace? Could you have that opened up and add a nice mantle. That would be a great focus wall.

Stef, Yep, it works...can't you see the soot marks? I've mentioned opening it up to my FH, but he doesn't know if it can be done. (I'd love a large fireplace!!!!) If it can't be opened up, we're thinking about doing something similar to this ('borrowed' from the Frontgate catalog):

Really nice!

Even if it cant be opened up, you could build around it to make more of a mantle/focus area. Trading spaces is always doing something to fireplaces like yours so it may be worth keeping an eye out for that.
