Yes..I've gotten UTI's from holding it in too long..

In extreme cases I have heard that you can injure your kidneys.

my SIL had a kidney transplant and they warned her of holding in her urine and you can get all the things listed at the top. Its not good.

yes you can..scares me when i have to hold it too long I always think of that.

i've had enought uti's to know that when you need to pee, go as soon as humanly possibile. uti's are the worst.
