def sandra baldini!!! she did an amazing job for my wedding you can check out my review and pics, but didnt go for a smokey eye...my MOH did and it looked fantastic

You have to try Donna - Divine Artistry. She is insanely talented. Please give her a shot. She is the best around. Trust me..Ive looked!!!
