I need a seamstress for my gown alterations...I heard Davids Bridal is pricey, thats where i got my dress..Please recommend yours. Thanks

From what I'm told, the seamstress at Fantasia Bridals in Rocky Point is AMAZING - I'm getting mine and my BM's dresses from there and they showed me pics of her work. And they take outside work with no problem (i.e. dresses bought elsewhere).

I had my dress altered by Phyllis at Bridal Elegance. So did my bridal party and everything came out great.

Maria at Fantasia Bridal in Rocky Point is a PHENOMENAL seamstress...and i'm pretty sure they do outside work.. (631) 744-7200 give 'em a call! good luck

I live in Hampton Bays... I 'd feel bad taking my dress to Fantasia's Bridal, I went there & tried on a few gowns but ended up buying at Davids Bridal instead....does it matter?

I really don't think so - I know there are other brides that tried on dresses there, bought them elsewhere but ended up going back for one reason or another for alterations.
It even says on their brochure and/or website that they take outside work.
And like everyone said, their seamstress is amazing.
