Can you stretch jeans that shrank in dryer?

My jeans shrank like 2 sizes in the dryer. Any ideas on how to make them a little bigger? I've been doing squats in them but it's not doing the trick this time.

yikes!!!!

Wet them (like washing machine soaking wet), and get FH to help you tug on them. It actually works, I've done it before.

Wash them and dry them til they are only a little dry, put them on and do squats and tug at them. It works!

Back in the day..I would have my smaller sister wear my bongos for 2 hours around the house to loosen them up then I would put them on
