Just a curiosity....how do you go about doing this?? What if you signed a contract that says even if we cancel we still owe the amount??? Is there no getting out of that??? Just hypothetical...

I cancelled my first RH and wont get a dime of the deposit back. As far as the money put down, we wont know until AFTER the wedding date has passed (provided the room has been booked with the same minimum on the same date)Nassau laws...but at any rate, there is a way to beat it and get your money back-you can go through consumer affairs if push came to shove.

i would assume u just dont get ur deposit back but i would get everything certified in writing just in case
