Cancellations giving me agita!

Just need to vent a little. As it is, we didn't meet our minimum (honestly, I'm not really that choked up about this. No big deal really.)

But so far I've had one guest say she's not bringing a date anymore and my supervisor can't come anymore either. I appreciate them letting me know instead of just not showing up, but I would NEVER rescind my RSVP to a wedding unless it was an absolute emergency.

And FH is flipping out because the seating went pretty smoothly and now we have to change a few things. No changes yet that are going to really mess things up and I TRIED to warn him that this was going to happen but oh well.

Guess we better not do the place cards until the day before we bring them to Leonard's!

I ddin't have any cancellations...only NO SHOWS! ughh it's super annoying either way, sorry you're dealing with this

We had a few cancellations the week of the wedding - which at least we didn't have to pay for them. The day of we had 2 couples no show One couple (DH's cousin and her husband) didn't realize it was a daytime wedding until THAT day and were 'getting ready' to come when they finally looked at the invitation and realized the wedding was already half over. REALLY people?!?!?!?

we've had two cancellations so far and we've already paid for the seats good thing i gave the hall like 10 less people than i expected!

I had quite a few cancellations the 2 weeks leading up to the wedding...it was def annoying and inconvenient. I had to keep redoing the seating chart, and after I already paid to have my place cards professionally done, I couldn't even use some of them and had to write them out myself. Ahh thinking about that again reminds me I'm happy it's over

But bottom line is the wedding was still an amazing day and those bad memories are becoming further and further away in my mind lol. But it was def rough...Hang in there

Wow people are so inconsiderate!

I hated rsvp. first I didnt make my minimum so I invited LIW which brought me over by 3 which I would have rather been over I told the hall under my minimum because I knew I could count on some not showing and some didnt but then a few that said 'NO' actually SHOWED UP so I had no where to seat them luckly my doc took care of it

day of-> 4 no show and 5 people who werent supposed to come showed up so I wound up with 103 TOTAL
