Cancelling a vendor question?
As all of you know I found a new videographer since my old was not so great!! Well we read the contract like 20 times before we cancelled to make sure there was nothing that said we owe anything. Well he didnt answer when we called to cancel to we left all our info and told him we wanted to cancel on the machine. Well he called back while I was in class and left a message and siad that since its 2months till the wedding and we cancelled and he held the date he wanted to talk to us about that. I guess he wants mroe money but the contract only says we lose the $200 deposit. Sooo there really is nothing he can do right if the contract doesn't say it, its too bad for him right?

When we booked him he showed up a bunch of videos put together so it wasnt so bad and we just wanted sometihng to capture moments and figured he wasn't so bad but after seeing videos and searhching and finding this I was like HOLY CRAPPP!! I need a new videographer lol
EDITED TO SAY: that I spoke with him and all I have to do is send something saying I am cancelling the contract with him and will not be using him for the wedding.
