Le Blanc resort is supposed to be amazing!!!! They have excellent reviews on tripadvisor. I'd love to visit that resort sometime!

I stayed at the Grand Oasis Cancun back in 2004..it was gorgeous.

I stayed at the riu cancun back in 2005 and it was great. I love cancun!!

Le Blanc is absolutely fabulous. The Iberostar Grand Paraiso is excellent as well. They have really great food (which is sometimes lacking at all-inclusives) and great wine selections if you are into wines.

I suggest looking into the Excellence Riviera Cancun if you're not set on staying in Cancun itself. It's about 20 minutes south of Cancun in Riviera Maya. It's an absolutely gorgeous all inclusive. DH and I loved our stay there and plan on going back someday.
