Candle sizes?? Qty?

So I want to add pillar candles to my tables to give a more romantice vibe. My florist suggested I place 2 pillars on each side of my CP (in album). I wanted more, but she said it might look to busy.

So here are my q's?

1. Do you think if I add 3/4 to each side it would look to busy?

2. What sizes do I use? She suggested one high and one low.
