Re: candle table numbers

I just bought my table number candle stuff yesterday. Dollar tree in lindenhurst (on montauk hwy) has the glass candle holders that are aboit 10 inches tall, which I am using. I also got a bag of tealights and bought the vellum paper with a coupon to joannes crafts right next door. I'm just going to print the numbers online and trim down the paper.
Hope that helps!

Yes, this is the easiest way to do this yourself.

thanks so much! that is exactly what I am going to do. You put the vellum paper in the printer and print the numbers directly on it??

I am using votive candle place cards and I got mines through a vendor on Etsy. The seller is MadeForYouJustByMe! You can do a vendor search for her or you can just DIY them.

P.S. Forgot to mention that she books fast and has already started booking 2010 brides.

that is really pretty!

If you do this as a 'do it yourself', just make sure the sides of the votives are completely straight. I once tried to make something like this for Christmas gifts for friends but the votives widened towards the top, and it was an absolute disaster to get everything even!

The photo you have is absolutely beautiful! Post photos when you're done and let us know whether it was easy to do - I might borrow this idea from you!

I used candels and vellum for my placecards (see below), but it's the same idea as the table numbers, just bigger.

I bough the glass in AC moore and the vellum paper in staples.

Stupid Question: Can you put the velum paper through a regular printer??
