What do you think of these candlelabras for my centerpieces? Would you put anything else on the table? Votives or flowers on the side? I was thinking of just sprinkling rose petals and that's it. Honest opinions appreciated
I just think they have to be PERFECTLY STRAIGHT - I think it loses so much when the candles are leaning to the side.
Rose petals will be nice..

Re: Candlelabra centerpiece question
LOL, I know what you mean. That crooked candle in the first pic is driving me nuts!! I have a teeny, tiny budget and the hall I'm considering will let me use these candlelabras which would save me a huge amount of money on centerpieces.

The table looks very plain in the pictures, however, I'm not sure what your linens will be.
If it's due to budget constraints, I say stick with the candlelabra's, and add some other accents. I would use a colored tappered candle, use a colored tablecloth/napkins to match the candle, and add some rose petals.

I agree - it drives me nuts when those candles are straight. Here is a pic of the candelabra I'm using.
I think that it works in your budget and you like it go for it. It will look nice with rode petals. You can even get big candles and put petals around it.

I think they are very pretty and after you put the favors on the tables-that will fill in some space too.

Re: Candlelabra centerpiece question
Thanks everyone. They are okay and the price is right. I just wanted to make sure nobody thought they were horrible. I have to find out if I can make suree all the candles will stay straight up.
Eddies Girl- I'm not paying anything for the candlelabras. They belong to the hall. I worked something out with the BM so I could use them. That is a picture of Larkfield Manor, the Garden room.

Re: Candlelabra centerpiece question
Nice idea.. you could use shorter candle sticks. Do they make those? and then maybe buy green vines at Michaels to twist around it to add some color.

Re: Candlelabra centerpiece question
I'm using the Larkfield's candelabras too and my plan was to wrap leaf garland from like ac moore around the base to go with my fall theme.
