hi there...i posted abotu this a week ro so ago on the 07 brides board and no one answered me...im getting married this september and part of our favors will be a candy buffet. i dont know how much candy i should order, and ive looked all around the internet--has anyone ever done this and what was the 'formula' you used to figure out how much to order? we will have about 175 guests. thanks in advance!!

1/4 to 1/2 per guest is the norm.

I'm doing a small candy buffet with my venetian hour. I don't think there is a set formula for how much to buy. I'm just gonna go to Sam's Club and buy big bags of M&M's, mini-candy bars and stuff like that. I also bought several bags of candy hearts and heart lollypops after V-day.
