Candy buffet question

So I think the idea of a candy buffet is cute, but is that actually meant to be the only favor you have? Do you think guests like this better than some cheesy typical wedding favor or do people still like the traditional favor? Also DH thinks this is more geared towards weddings that have kids attending. Is this just as popular for adults? TIA

Candy buffet question

We had a candy bar at our wedding and I didn't use it as a favor (we had personalized car airfresheners). Many people did take the candy home with them but we did it to enhance the dessert/treats that we were having.
