Are they still the rage?? I haven't been to a single wedding that has had one. I think I would love to have one. Does anyone have pics to share?

i havent been 2 a wedding with one either, but they look gr8 if done right...i dont know that i'd eat the candy anyway.

I love the idea of them, but here's my SILLY fear. I was thinking, what if some selfish guests overfill their candy bags and you run out by the 20th guest. It reminds me of why I'm afraid to just leave a pumpkin filled with candy on the doorstep on Halloween. I always think that the 1st or 2nd kid will steal it all. Paranoid, much?

enjft had an awesome candy bar at her wedding!
we did one at our e-party since we're having a full Viennese at the wedding. there are pics in my album.

i think a candy buffet is always fun i was gonna do mine myself....but it was so last minute & it was just extra $$$...it was definetly missed since me & my DH are the ultimate sugar fanatics ...imo they're always a hit not a MUST, but a hit

i think the same thing! i think a candy buffet would stress me out although they're such a cool idea!

I wanted one but we did not have the space on our boat (reception) enjft had one... gorgeous and so much fun ~ I wish I could have had one..
im thinking about it...we both love candy and since we're doing a donation favor, i still wanted ppl to have something to take home.

I think its a cute idea for the guest to have something to take home.
We were going to do one, but ended up w/ a VH and didnt think many ppl would take much candy.

We had one and did it as our favor...gave the guests little boxes to fill. But there was so much food at the wedding not many people took candy. but the next morning everyone took bags of candy home. Here's the only pic I have..
