Candy buffett---how many vases?

I will be doing a candy buffet at my wedding, but I have a couple of questions

When do you 'open' the candy buffet? Is it after the cake is cut?

Also, how many vases are enough? I am having 130 people of which most of them are not really into sweets. I already have eight vases....
2 martini glasses
2 hurricane glasses
1 wine glass
1 tall vase (bigger than hurricane)
2 smaller ones

will that be enough?

I am probably going to have 10 containers. The type/shape of container can be based on what candy you want to put in them.
As far as when to open the candy bar.....the table will already be set up at the RH but I will probably DIY a sign saying 'Candy Bar open after dessert'

This is a great article with some tips on how much you need. Up until last night I was planning on the candy buffet, so I've done plenty of research. I was going to go to a rest. supply for the scoops.
