Candy Tables?

Candy Tables?

I've seen a lot of people saying they are doing this.. What does it consist of? When does it go up? The whole wedding? Also is it something the hall will put together for you if you buy all the stuff? Does it cost extra if you doit since you are bringing other stuff into the RH?

Just trying to figure out if I want to do it. What kind of candy do you do?

Re: Candy Tables?

I am doing a candy bar for our party favor

To be honest with you it wound up costing about 600.00- 700.00$ total (Including Candy, jars, stickers for the thank you, bags for candy, twist ties, ribbon for jars)
it was a lot of work (getting the containers and candy)
We are having around 185 people at our wedding.
We have 10-12 different candies and fudge

I live in Boston, so i was able to to go a candy factory in Kittery ME and got a great deal on different candies

A good rule of thumb if your thinking about doing this
you have to factory in between 1/2- 3/4 lbs per person.

So we have approximately 110 lbs of candy.
After the wedding I will post pictures of the candy bar. If your interested in doing this, I will give you the containers (I never want to see them again)

Oh i forgot, the reception hall is setting it up for us and we are opening it at the same time the cake is being served. We didn't want a long line at the end of the night trying to get their favor.

If you have any other questiosn please feel free to FM me
Hope this answers your questions
