Can't Decide...

Hey ladies, I need your help!

I can't decide between 2 wedding dresses! One is a princess ballgown & the other one is a mermaid style. The pics are in my album - please let me know your opinion. Thanks a bunch

I think both are beautiful but I feel the mermaid gown fits you well, much more slimming in my opinion

I love the way the mermaid dress looks on you. Gives you a nice shape and you still get the drama on the bottom of the dress that the ball gown has. Either way you go both dress are gorgeous!

I love ball gowns and have never seen a mermaid that I liked, I think in this instance e mermaid makes you look strikingly beautiful!! Hth

I think they're both very flattering on you. But in this instance I think the ball gown won me over. Both beautiful!

Thank you girls for your opinions and compliments! The consultant helping me said I should just get both I told her, When David Tuterra does my wedding, than maybe
I guess I have to go try them on again - and a few others and see which dress is 'the one'. I will take more of my bridesmaids with me too for opinions since I now narrowed down my choices. Will keep you posted on which one I decide

I am a fan of the mermaid dress. Being that both styles are similar, I like the way the mermaid dress accents your figure. Both really are stunning on you though!

I found them at Lotus Bridal in Brooklyn.
I have another appointment at a diff place & will try on more dresses!

I am partial to the ballgown!! I was also torn bt a mermaid and a ballgown. I envisioned myself in a mermaid, but I ultimately decided on the ballgown. It was a confusing feeling. The ballgown was the only dress I tried on that made me feel like a princess, but it was hard to accept bc I loved how the mermaid hugged my body and that was the shape I was set on. They made me feel sexy! But the ballgown made me feel like a fairytale princess.

Ultimately, my decision was made bc my consultant gave me great advice. She said that the mermaid shape is one that can be worn again, to events other than your own wedding. At this point in our lives, our own wedding is the only time when we can really get away with wearing a ballgown.

In the end, Go with what makes you feel like a beautiful bride!!!

Thank you for the advise! I also feel like the mermaid can be worn again but I will never get to wear a ball gown again! I will try on more dresses & keep you all posted to what I decide!

I totally understand what you are saying about never wearing a ballgown again though! There are gowns that have a drop waist that has the best of both worlds! Tight and ballgown in one!
