Can't decide on a wedding song...

Please recommend your non-country wedding song! We hare having such a hard time picking one!

We're using 'I could not ask for more' by Edwin McCain

We're going old school 80s (At least I think its 80s) and decided on Angel Eyes by Jeff Healey Band. It was literally the first song playing in the car right after we got engaged and we both love it and the lyrics as well.


Is there any song that means something to you two? reminds you of a special moment?

We used Invincible by Muse (which is kind of intense haha)

But here are some others that are so nice

'Hysteric (acoustic)” – The Yeah Yeah Yeahs
“Everlong (acoustic)” – The Foo Fighters
“Endlessly” – By Muse
“A Little Trip to Heaven” – Tom Waits (My SIL used this one, so sweet)
“A Rainy Night in Soho” – The Pouges (really good for long time sweethearts)
If you love classic Rock and Roll
“True Love Ways” – Buddy Holly

Something more upbeat:
“You’ve got the love” Florence and the Machine

awww, yay!!! it is such a perfect wedding song (IMHO). i think i already told you that i surprised DH by inviting sheri to sing at our wedding. if you guys would like something like that, you should def contact her. she is so sweet and did a great job

Wedding music is a very personal choice. I sometimes say it's about as personal as your choice of underwear... Only YOU know why you chose it.

Go on ITunes and look up wedding songs... you can also google it... and start listening... compile a list you like that you think is so you and your fiance and which means something about how you feel or your relationship. Then give him the list and see what he thinks... listening to music isn't as annoying to guys as a lot of wedding planning; he'll likely have an opinion on this and you'll enjoy making the decision together. This can be a really fun one!

If it comes down to two or three, think about which seem better for a dance and what kind of first dance moment you want.
