Seriously. I always have had anxiety my whole life, but I can't eat and I can't sleep lately. I'm SO sick over if something important goes wrong, or forgetting something important. This hasn't been easy wedding planning.. my best friend (one of my matron of honors) and I got into a blowout in May and have gone our seperate ways, another girl mutually dropped out of my wedding party because we never talk (she never ever EVER hangs out with me after multiple attemps, we never talk, ever.) I feel like I really have no one to go to and the people i've already ranted to just say 'it will be OK'.
my stomach is in knots 24/7.. I keep making lists, and being really OCD about them because I have nowhere else to put my thoughts. I feel like FH really is slacking on a lot of things, we still don't have his ring, I pretty buch bought ALL of the groomsmen stuff (they are mostly my family) and I'm spending so much of my own money on everything. I work full time and run a very busy Etsy shop so putting wedding planning ontop of that is NOT fun.
What are you guys doing to calm your nerves?
I just want to curl up in a ball -- if I feel this way for the next 58 days I don't know what I'm going to do with myself!

Can't eat, can't sleep -- need to vent :(
First of all don't feel bad your not the only one who has a 'not so into wedding planning fiancé' I also had to buy my FH groomsman gifts and basically dragged him to look at rings. If you are making lists and super organized you are doing everything right and you need to tell yourself there is nothing else you can do. Remind yourself you only get to be a bride once (god willing) this is your time eo try as hard as you can to take it all in and enjoy your moment. In the end you are gonna be so happy on that day that if you wind up forgetting something or something goes wrong you probably won't even notice and won't care. I am a very anxious person too so I feel u. I also started going to a bootcamp 3-4 days a week and it really helps calm me too! Try and just relax you are doing everythitn right and it WILL be perfect!

I'm the opposite all I want to do is sleep. I feel so overwhelmed sometimes and I get tired really easy. I dont like stress and try to avoid it but I just trying to do one thing a day.
I have a list with everything I have to do (which i think is the best). I have 16 days and sometimes I panic that its not gonna get done cause FH is laid back (AKA does not planning- I just take his money! for the 'wedding fund' - that what you gotta do gurl!) But at the end of the day realistically it will get done.
As for issues with the bridal party i feel ya. When you feel like you have no one to turn to you have to realize that is what FH is for. I turn to him and force him to listen to my vents and rants lol. And to totally be honest the way i dealt with bridal party problems is realizing that everyone doesnt have the fairy tale experience with planning a wedding. I have come to terms with it and learned to accept it. I felt like what drove me crazy was the idea that 'this is suppose to be done and that is suppose to be planned for you' etc etc. Some people have the experience and some dont. It is what it is. At the end of the day the things I wanted, I did myself. And it prob came out better than anything done for me.
Stay strong and dont get wrapped up in what should be done. Just do what need to be done.

Your definitely not alone. I am a very high anxiety person and lately it feel like the weight of the world on my shoulder. (My shoulders are actually tense from me physically tensing up from stress) Workouts definitely help especially high impact cardio it really feels like it removes some tension. Also letting it out. I literally unleashed a lot of fustration to my fh the other day and I felt a lot better after doing so though i know I ended up making him feel a bit crappy calling him out on the things he has been slacking on. But he totally understood and told me not to appologize for feeling the way I am feeling so we are good. So maybe saying it out loud not just typing it will help. Ask your fh if you can just no filter vent it out. My venting to bridesmaids and friends was a whole lot different then my major vent to fh. I just keep trying to remind myself that I get to marry my best friend and it will all be worth it and everything will be okay. As far as working out if I know I have to go home and have a lot of wedding things to do, or regular life stuff I will work out in the morning. I have been using 2 alarms for that my regular and wake tube and I use this video to pull myself out of bed. http://youtu.be/OjqYut-pyDU.

You ladies are the best <3 My FH felt really bad last night when I got so upset that he's giving me a hard time about finally deciding on a ring. We went last night to men's warehouse to get his tux and he had like no opinion on what he was wearing and I said can you PLEASE at least ACT like you want something to do with this wedding and pick out what you like best??? Sigh. That's over and done with though and tonight I think he is finally deciding on the ring he wants.
I think the other problem is i'm a super control freak. There is so much that is out of your hands on the wedding day. I have anxiety of dropping my things off at the venue and them not putting them EXACTLY where i want them too =/

Believe me, I completely understand how you feel. My anxiety has been really bad, and I've been overly emotional too, and FH keeps saying he will help with wedding stuff, but he's done nothing. I said the same thing to him a few weeks ago, to act like he's interested in this wedding. I feel like I'm going to get worse the closer it gets.
