Can't have Old Westbury Gardens!! Now what?

I'm so sad! I had my heart set on OWG for photos before our ceremony, but apparently they have some big event going on that day so

(A) We're very limited to certain gardens and won't know until that day, but she did say the one I really wanted is off limits, and

(B) if it rains, we just have to cancel because the event is happening indoors.

I don't know where else to look :( I know Planting Fields, but is there anywhere else on the island that's good for photography? In Nassau County?

I am taking mine at the Vanderbilt mansion in centerport. It has some gardens but is mainly a mansion. I chose it because it has an indoor option Incase of rain, the Spanish style mansion and courtyard are breathtaking and it's right in the water :)

Mill Neck Manor is really nice, and you'll have the place to yourself :) It's cheaper than OWG too
