Can't Make Up My Mind

So I found this dress. I really like but do you think that it is 'bridey' enough.

My wedding will be in Vermont on my parents property, but I live on LI so you guys have been a great help as far as ideas....Up until now, I have been a lurker...

First, I think it's gorgeous. Very simple and elegant. Second, I definitely think it's bridey enough. Third, I think it's perfect for a wedding at home.

What do you mean it's not 'bridey?' It's white and beautiful... I didn't think mine was very bridey looking, but with the veil it looked beautiful.

Love the dress! You should totally go for it!

Thanks so much for everyone's input. I have bought the dress already but being the lurker that I am I was looking at everyone's dresses and I started to second guess what I got.

I am so excited since I also found a veil to match as well. Although I am now going to have to stop looking at dress pictures

But another question is will Phyllis at gown find alter a dress if you don't buy it from her. I do not trust Davids Bridal at all.

I agree. did you try the dress on yet? It all depends on how you feel in the dress.

Phyllis can alter your dress for you but she may charge you slightly higher then someone who bought the dress from her, however, her prices are very reasonable. You should call her.

I did try the dress on. I bought the ivory color, which looked much better with my skin tone than the white. It was the first one that I tried on. I did try on more but I kept going back to this one.

I just got a little nervous because it is so different from what I have been seeing.

yes phyllis will alter for you, she's doing mine and i got my dress at davids.. very resonable pricing too!

yes, it's reaaly pretty and seems perfect for the type of wedding you are having on your parents property. That's so nice, it's going to be beautiful!
