I tried to register for this year's TWOTY and the website won't let me! Is anyone else having this problem? I click on 'registration' and the home page just refreshes itself.

a month or so ago there was a time frame to register (anyone who wanted to go) and then people were selected from everyone who registered, bc the place can only hold so many.
