Cant sleep

I have been having such awful wedding nightmares and just cant sleep anymore. I am like the worlds best sleeper and can probably win an award for falling asleep anywhere, at any time, and in any position. This has changed dramatically since getting close to the wedding and i hate it! Im so cranky without sleep and am tired of dreaming that my cad broke into the box with the wedding inviations and runined them all.

Anyone else have this problem and what do you do to help go back to sleep (besides come on liw so that you can think of wedding even more lol)

Thats exactly why I am still in my Pjs at 11:00. I could not sleep last night. I had many little dreams. 1. My Priest was not booked and it was the day before. 2. I forgot to buy a headpiece and veil (which I laready have) 3. My dress came in green the day before. Even my Fh is having nightmares. 1. He did not get a haircut the day before and he was crying that he will not be a good husband. LOL crying in a dream ..... You are not alone!

Ok ,so Im not alone. Its awful right? That is funny about the green dress. My dreams are always a bunch of little ones in one as well. Like the dress store told me i had to wear red tights with my dress or else they wouldnt let me have my dress. And, my cat got into the closet with the invites and ate them all.

Im about to crash any mintue.. im spent!

It has definitely gotten worse for me over the past month or two. On the weekends I'll tend to take an Ambien when I know I can attempt a full 8 hours. It's nice to get a full nights sleep every once in awhile

Friends have been suggesting ambien or tyelonol pm.

I crashed last night (of course three glasses of wine helped the matter)

Is there anything that you're putting off about the wedding that you could figure out so you're not stressing over it? I kept having nightmares about it being the wedding day and I had no cash to tip anyone so one day I figured out all the tip money we'll need and now I'm back to sleeping like a baby!

Same here....I have nightmares and good dreams though. Most of the time they are about something going awfully wrong the day of our wedding and I wake up crying or talking hardcore to my FH. LOL. Its bad and getting worse. Sometimes I wake up and am not sure whether or not it really happend! SCARY!!!!

That is the worse when you wake up and for a couple minutes you arent sure if it is reality or not.
