Can't Sleep

It's so frustrating! The second I close my eyes I start thinking of everything that has to be done within a short time!

Plus my friends little brother passed away yesterday from a 13 year battle with leukemia So I am constantly thinking of him.

I'm not a happy camper right now.

I'm so sorry, how stressful and how sad!

I've been having trouble sleping this week as well b'c of finals, and my best advice is to beathe deeply and slowly and think hard about it so all you can hear is your own breathing. Concentrate on it and you'll be asleep in a few minutes, works for me everytime.
