Can't sleep

I'm such a homebody... i'm traveling for business and i just cannot sleep without my FH next to me... Anyone else like this? I have a FULL day of work tomorrow and i just cannot sleep.

I get like that tOo..if it makes u feel better my crazy a@@ gets up this time everyday to go on the treadmill lol..try and get some sleep

I went away on business once - I requested that I don't w/ my company so I normally don't, but this time I had to. I barely could sleep. I kept all the lights on, TV on, and had to be on the phone w/ FH until I knocked out :(

im used to him not being around a few nights a week when he works, and when I go visit my family in CT sometimes he cant come so we are used to being away from each other.

My FH works split shifts and a lot of times works overtime, and when it's the 11-7pm or 12-8pm shift and he's not home by the time I'm supposed to go to sleep, I do not sleep well at all, until he gets home. I was never that way, until him. I need to get me a body pillow, maybe that will help.
