can't stop eating

i'm totally pigging out these past few days- if paper tasted better i'd be eating that too. YIKES! I'm so stressed. just had to vent. i want chocolate covered pretzels. sigh....

mister softee is so evil!!!
as are mr. hershey, whoever invented cheese, chex mix, pizza, cake, cookies, those darn stupid chuckle-like gummy orange slices they sell in huge 2 bags for $5 at rite aid. and i'm pretty sure that low fat york peppermint patties are no longer the healthier alternative to chocolate when one eats half a bag as she is sitting at her computer at work (not that i know who that person might be)!

I'm right there with you!

Last night I ate a whole pint of Half Baked. Then this morning I ate a fat FULL muffin and had iced coffee with whole milk.

I never ate so much before my wedding, but not that I am married, I am eating uncontrollably. I have gained weight since my wedding and can't get myself to losing it.

Its not my fault his aunt is an AMAZING cook (umm can you say homemade vodka sauce, tri color cookies, meatballs..)
Oh yes did I forget to mention how much I LOVE BREAD esp fresh italian bread...oh yes M&M's, ice cream (b/c its so hot out lol)

Im trying not to snack at work so I have been eating..FRUIT...yea and after I'm like..any chocolate around???

Save me!!!! I dont want my dad to ROLL me down aisle to my FH. Can you picture that one????

Hey....we are all entitled to our cheat days....that is my rationale when I order chinese food, eat chocolate covered mini oreos and try some kettle cooked popcorn all in the same night.

Oh yeah and today we threw a party to thank people for all the work they do for us through the year and I had a little bag of chips and then some ice cream

You know what, though.....in total I am still down 19 pounds and we will all get back on track. Make sure to indulge in something you really love every day....something really small and then you won't be inclined to pig out!

I have been really stressed lately bc there have been a lot of death and illness in my family, I had to throw a bridal shower for myself, plan a wedding and search for an apartment....I needed to do it!!! I JUST HAD TO!!!!!!!

seriously though, i'm sorry to hear about your tough year. that is a lot of stuff to deal with in one year!!!!! and to top it off you lost 19lbs? that is amazing!!!! Good for you!!
