I would like to know if you have any really good male cantors... The one we had I'm second guessing and what someone else.. as long as they preform a consertive ceromony
For my wedding, we hired Cantor Benedict: 516-676-7682. We wanted a reformed ceremony, which he accomodated, but I'm sure he can do a conservative service as well. (By the way -- my family's regular conservative rabbi would never have done a service outside of a temple/kosher facility -- I'm not sure if you'll run into the same difficulty with a truly 'conservative' cantor. Cantor Benedict does not have a lot of rules -- he regularly does interfaith weddings, etc.)
I have tried to contact Cantor Benedict several times, but I can not get a hold of him. I am going to try again this week.
