I just thought I'd post this because Toni reminded me of them the other day and how popular they used to be!! I mean people have oodles of these!!

Remember those??? Are you kidding??? My mother has those all over her living room and dining room. They match beautifully with her full wall mirrorrs in her living room that no one is allowed in

ut it this way , my family doesnt use them as favors, its part of their collections,,
I personally do not like capodemete.. Or however ya spell it, gives me flash backs of plastic seat covers as well..
OMG!!! I rem those - my mom has a CLOSET full of them! They just sit there .....

I had something similar to this when I was younger. It was three capodamante roses on a log. I had so many nick-nacks in my room!

if I remember , everytime we went near them we got scolded , dont touch, meanwhile, they were so sharp it poked the heck outta ya,
& the seat covers , my god , my grandfather had, I usta sit on the floor hated it,, LOL
Ya know what , I have one aunt or two who still is trapped in those days
as time went on though, we upgraded to the fancier ones , they were shinny & not dull
Oh boy, do remember those...we still have them. As a matter of fact, we still have a large statue of a woman on a pedestal that went along with all those. I wish I had a pic...
Th eplastic on the couches? Classis...nothing like ripping your skin off everytime you wanted to get up from the couch.
