Note: on my way home last night from the in-laws, I located the enemy. Unfortunately, thanks to the rain, I was unable to snap a picture.
the personalized 'novelty' license plate [a NWR faux pas] read: ALL CAPS
i could hardly believe my eyes...thus the strong desire and attempt to take a picture. stupid rain.
