they helped load car of presents. made accomodations for someone who RSVP'd no and then came any way. they were a pleasure

FOOD IS GREAT!!! fh used to vallet there and omg the food he woudl bring home!!!!

service is great and they are nice to deal with.

ive been to a shower, wedding and b/d parties there - very nice place. Nothing to complain about - excellent service and food!

We were going to book our reception there but weren't fans of the CH area. Otherwise we love the food...actually having Valentine's Dinner there!

I hosted a shower there last July and it was pretty nice. The food was good but the staff wasn't too helpful.

Make sure you bring lots of extra dishes and plates if you're bringing in your own deserts and such as well as equipment for the bows to make a hat. Also, I had to pretty much knock a waitress down for a drink.

Food & Ambiance: A+
Service: C-

Just make sure you talk to them about the staff and stuff.

ALTHOUGH....I did leave my shoes there under the table and they were nice enough to put them in a plastic bag and hold them until I could come back the next day. OK...Service: B-

I have been there for weddings, showers and dinner......theonly time I thought it was strange was if the shower/party is on sunday and you use the room all the way to the right where they usually set up the sunday brunch buffet, that is the same food that you eat for the shower......people were coming in while we were opening up presents and everyone thought they were eating the food that was 'set up for the shower'

otherwise service is great and as long as it is sunny out, you have a nice view. I thought the service was good too....never a problem here.
