Capt. Bill's update
Update...it is not being sold. My mom and her friends hold a lot of their work functions there so her friend went and talked to the owner because they have the place booked for an upcoming event. The restaurant is not being sold. What IS being sold, is the land. But the owners will NOT be selling the restaurant, it will remain exactly the same. They will just have new 'landlords' .
