Captain Bills

Has anyone has a wedding recently at the Bayview House at Captain Bills? So far it's my top place, just trying to make a definite choice! I've had dinner there before, and the food was great! Any tips would be great.

Captain Bills

I was there in June! The room is gorgeous. I love the windows and high ceilings, so pretty.

They had their cocktail hour on the back deck which was nice but there was not enough seating and not a lot of food.

Bartenders were great all night!

Captain Bills - Long Island Weddings

I loved the room however I hated that the cocktail hour was located past the room & you'd have to walk through the reception room to get it. It also was super small. I didn't want my guests to see the room prior to the reception starting. Also I didn't like the other option of the cocktail hour being in a different building. I loved that the room was brand new & that it was on the water.

Captain Bills - Long Island Weddings

my parents went to a wedding there this past weekend...they said the room was beautiful. The complaints was that the bathroom was shared with people in the restaurant and people in shorts were in the bathrooms with them so it was strange and there wasn't a lot to choose from during cocktail hour.
