Does anyone have? I was thinking of getting one for Mike for his truck, basically so I can watch tv and lay down in the back on long drives..lol
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Also, where I can look online for one.
Thanks!

Re: Car Televisions..
I have the hook up when it come to car stereos....First off this is what I do for a living...I research mobile Audio products. I also have a store in mineola that gives me a discount. I have been going to him for years and spent thousands of dollars there on all my car systems. Fm me...and I will try to get you prices.
If you want to start looking for information on monitors, then check out CrutchField or you can goto the companies that make the products and look at their websites....I would recommend, Kenwood...or Alpine....when it coves to TV's....Do you want an In Dash or are you going to just get the monitor and get everything seperately?

I haven't a clue. What is my best bet? Should I call the Caddy dealer he got it from and ask them about it? I mean do you think that would be cheaper or no?? I can't be putting it in myself, and if they mess up the leather or anything I am sure they would fix it. He got his tints from them instead of going somewhere else....
I am thinking maybe they would know what kind to put and where since it is their car speciality ya know?

Re: Car Televisions..
DO NOT CALL CADDY. They will rip you off. If you need an install, I have a friend that does installs. He put my systems in both of my civic's...and he does really nice work. I could find out if he wanted to do your install after you purchase the tv. If I was you, I would go with an Indash Tv/Radio combo. If you want to spend over $2,000 then you can get into buying monitors and a complete multimedia set up....but if you want to spend less that $2,000 I would go with the in dash.

Re: Car Televisions..
We have a factory installed TV/DVD player in our truck. I have yet to sit in the back and watch a movie while my DH was driving. But when we're with friends we use it.
Check out local places. They should have pics of their installations.
Give Audio Planet in Huntington on Rt. 110 a try!

I wish he had this when I was younger...and my sister and I could have watched movies on the countless trips to Florida and up and down the east coast...
