Just thought I would spread the word.... For those having caramel apple favors or placecards, Walbaum's is currently having a sale of them. It's a pack of three, 2 for $5. That's six apples for $5, can't really beat that. Not even a buck each.... HTH!

That's a really cute idea! You can wrap them individually in thick cello paper or cello bags and tie a fancy ribbon around it. Love this idea!!!

Re: Caramel Apple Favors
Thank you! I was considering this so I will have to look for the sales next year! Does anyone know how many days they will stay fresh?

Re: Caramel Apple Favors
Apprently the shelf life is anywhere between 8-12 days. The ones I saw were really nice and coated with nuts also. They weren't that big, but for me, perfect to use for placecards (which has been my plan). I plan to wrap them in cellophane, tie on some raffia ribbon which will attach the placecards (which are diamond shaped). I have to look into it further as far as availablity for closer to my date but I thought I would pass it on!

Great idea! They will look really nice! I was thinking of doing these or mini pumpkins, but if the shelf life is actually that long, caramel apples just moved a little further up on the scale! Thanks for posting!
