Card and Pockets . com question...

Has anyone ordered the metallic white invitation paper from cards and pockets and if so, have you had trouble feeding the paper into your printer?? FH and I order samples about 2 months ago and they worked great. We ordered enough paper for 200 invites, and now they are not feeding into the machine correctly.... It almost feels like the paper is more 'glossy/smooth' than the original...but they look EXACTLY the same....
