Card Box

I sooo excited! I just got my first DIY project in the mail!!! I can't wait to start it this weekend!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a stack of paper mache boxes. I'm gonna wrap them in black and white fabric and ribbons (like those modern bride ones). It was only 27.00 for the set w/ shipping!

i was going to do the same thing. but then my mom pulled out these white sacks that my grandmother made for my baptism & communion so since she has passed i am going to use those.

no problem!!! You know, it took me FOREVER to even find them---literally DAYS. I kept googling different things-hat boxes, boxes with lids...the list goes on and on, lol. I finally happened to see 'paper mache' boxes and started searching for that.

Modern bride has beautiful boxes, but I couldnt see spending the $$$$ on them. I'm hoping that I can pull this off for half the price they charge.
