Hi Ladies!
Thought to share bc im almost there and remember what it was like trying to get ideas. It was work but a lot more affordable than buying one!
How did you make the grey design next to the G? Are those stickers?
Also what kind of boxes did you use?

Re: Card Box- DIY
I got the boxes from michaels and Burlington coat factory. They have designs on them that begged to be covered. Lol. The G is wood that I painted. It's a lil heavy. I actually used dbl sided tape at first but it didn't hold well onto the paper so I used little Velcro dots. The other stickers and pearls are adhesive.

Thanks ladies!
You have to start by measuring and figuring out where you want to cut the holes in the boxes, you'll need something better than a box cutter if you have the harder cardboard boxes. Once you get that done, then you have to figure out how you want to wrap it and where you want your seams, if you need some paper for overlap, etc. The bigger box needed overlap on the two sides bc it just didnt make it all the way around. Figure out where and how you want it and then start glueing (used glue gun and rubber cement mostly). Its better if you start the paper where you cuts the holes so that you can cut into the paper instead of cutting out a hole. We got the sides of the paper bc I didnt want the christmas wrapping paper look on the sides. Play around with it and its easy to figure out. The ribbon I got to stick on with double sided tape, not the scotch brand, the one thats near the sewing stuff. You should first measure and draw a line with a pencil before you put the ribbon down. Its better to have help lining things up.
