where are you placing it? how do you tell people what it's for?
i'm pretty sure that i'll be the first in my group to have a cardbox in a wedding and i'm not sure where to put it...
it doesn't help when my own BM asked me 'what's the card box for?' when i told her about it, she also pointed out that how would people know about it???

I've mostly seen it up by the sweetheart table so guests can say hello, congrats and give you moneys. LOL!

FH and i are having a card box, most of the weddings i have been to have had card boxes as well... most ppl dont even put the cards in there... what you can do though is as cards are given to you and FH, you can place them in there yourself...
Im pretty sure its usually placed right behind your sweetheart table on a seperate table next to the cake... (at least this is where ive seen them placed at other weddings)

people will most likely be handing you the envelopes anyway. you'll hand them off to your MOH to out them in there. no worries, people figure it out.
usually the card box is next to your table.,

at our RH, they provide a Birdcage for the cards so we are just using that. They place it right behind the Bride and Groom's table and that's where we plan on leaving it.

During Cocktail hour they put it on the piano where the guest cards were. Then they moved it behind the sweet heart table.
