I DIY'd mine. Bought two round paper boxes at Michaels, painted them with acrylic paint, hot glued the ribbon and shells on. Worked great and total cost was about $30-40.

Michaels has a nice, traditional one for about $45. We had a 50% off coupon so it worked out nicely

IM BORROWING MINE FROM ONE OF MY BM'S....IF U KNOW SOMEONE WHO HAS ONE U CAN BORROW I WOULD SUGGEST THAT LESS $$$ YOU HAVE TO SPEND PLUS IT'S ONLY FOR THE CARDS ANYWAY JMHO

thank you so much for posting these! that first one is exactly the look i'm going for.

this is my box so far (only the fabric is glued down, i'm ordering blue ribbon and i'm going to use different flowers to make clusters)

i got the boxes and fabric from joann's (the boxes were FREE!)
